Reflexology

Foot, Hand, Face, Head and Ear Reflexology is a natural non-invasive therapy. Through application of pressure to the reflex points, which corresponds to all parts, glands and organs of the body, reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves circulation and builds up the immune system, thus returning the body back to a state of homeostasis "balance".

1 hour massage or reflexology at your villa or hotel available at $100 US, or $85 at the office.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. (MLD)

A gentle / firm massage of the lymphatic system. Releasing toxins, excess fluid and foreign particles from the body's tissue thus causing the slow moving system to improve 20 times more efficiently. Building up the immune system and bringing the body into a rest and repair state. (For best results have 3 sessions within 2 weeks.)

Deep Muscle Therapy Massage. (DMT)

Deep Muscle therapy deals with nerves, muscles, bones, blood and the lymphatic system.It is a systematic kneading, stroking and pressure point therapy applied over the entire body leaving the recipient feeling relaxed, loose and very good!

Professional Medical Pedicures.

Deluxe $35.00 includes polish, foot scrub / bath & massage.

Regular $30.00 as above but no polish.
